Hi everyone,im new in forums and this is my first question.

I am having problems with XML and INI Editors,when i try to open it,application error appears:

"The applcation failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135).Click on OK to terminate the application"

Do you know how to fix it(run it)?

I assume you are trying to run it under Windows XP, since this message means the application cannot find the .NET framework.
Windows XP come with .NET 1.0 and the editors require .NET 2.0 or higher.
