Flugente just added to his Food feature for 1.13, we will be able to customise every Merc's food preference.
Things that agree with them will boost morale and vice versa with regards food they do not like.
I'm willing to fill out the xml file, but would appreciate some help with deciding who has a love/aversion for what.
These are the food items we have at the moment:

So, if you're making a suggestion, please follow the following format:
Merc X:
Likes: Pasta (Scale-10 -> 10)
Reason: says in game, he's vegetarian, Russian, Lactose intolerant etc...
Dislikes: Coffee (Scale-10 -> 10)
Reason: ....
EDIT: To have some order to this and get the best possible implementation, I'd prefer to add them one at a time.
So first up would be Barry.

-5 -> 5 Should cover most of the range, the higher values should be used sparingly for extreme cases.
