Hi guys,
After a few years of a break I recently got the urge to play my long-time classic again, and thus stumbled upon the 1.13 mod.
I instantly dug in it, installed the latest (german) version and as a player since release, an easier Mode than the second hardest was no option for me.
And boy is it hard now!
After a few days I managed to take over Drassen and started to get the hang of the new mod. But after a day's break I suddenly discovered, when I started the game, the "Load Game" option is grayed out.
Even worse, all of the savegames seem now to be lost and I can't even seem to locate the folder in which they are supposed to be.
Since I found absolutely nothing about this issue on the internet, I beg of your help! I didn't change anything in the installation folders.
Has anyone any idea, how this could have happened? How I can prevent it in the future?
Is this anything about administrator permissions inside of the windows "programs" folder?
What is the default savegame location inside of 1.13?

Thanks for your quick reply.
Yeah I read that hint before installation, but figured, as long as the program works, it'd be ok.
And it worked fine for the first couple of days.
I really didn't think UAC-issues could delete every single savegame I made.
Well, still might be my fault after all.
As for the savegame location, thank you. I'll look into it after the weekend and keep you posted.

Ok, just checked back with my folders in the location you pointed me to.
The savegame folder seems to have been removed entirely.
I'm still confused about how this could happen, but will start again with a fresh install.

Hi again,
I installed the game into a different folder as suggested and... weeks later, still works like a charm!
So maybe add a warning to the installation guide "deletion of savegames has been reported"? 
Anyways I gotta say, god I love the 1.13 mod.
Stealth-Gameplay, tons of new weapons & equipment, aiming system, it's all so darn good!
I'm planning to write some bug reports if I find the time in the near future to give something back to you guys.
Thanks for making a great game even greater!
