Where can I find the data on merc skills, traits, disabilities, etc.? I would love to find a list of what the skills, traits, disabilities do.

I found MercProfiles.xml and Backgrounds.xml in ..\JA2\Data-1.13\TableData.

The easiest way is probably to start the game, create an IMP and read the descriptions there.
