First off I want to say this games is frickin awesome and what you folks
have done to improve and expand this game is pretty amazing.
I'm only getting a minor error message that does'nt seem to affect
much (if anything). I just want to know whats happening and where I can find
this file to fix it. Im playing the 2482_8704 build. I included the error
message below. Thnx

Try duplicating another speech.wav file and renaming it to 'd_059_100.wav' to see if that stops the crash. You may hear an incorrect speech (probably a town description from Carlos or Dimitri) but hopefully it won't break the game.
