I have found all passwords except the I3 sector password, I think I was looking everywhere, I've just run out of options... where should I look for that password? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hint: I believe you need to give the COSVN officer's list to someone in order to get that particular password.

Thanks a lot!
The only thing - could you tell me please where can I find COSVN officer's list - I don't recall seeing it. Maybe the guy who had it sunk in a river or I might have burn it down with RPG or law... It would be great if you could remember in what part of game tha list could be obtained, it would be sad to start the campain over only because of that list:)

The COSVN officer's list can be found somewhere in the underground tunnel complex accessible from L2, methinks. I don't remember which of the underground sectors it was, alas.
