Runtime ERROR[message #311045]

Hi guys. I need help , i bought ja2 gold pack from steam and i followed all the instructions to run it with 1.13 version.
But after i finish make an I.M.P. character and hire all my mercs , the first time i press on the "shut down laptop button" i get an Runtime Error like this:
File :./vobject.cpp
Line : 868
Function : BltVideoObcectToBuffer
Video object is larger than the number of subimages.

And then the game crashes as soon i press the shut down laptop button, i dont know what to do. thanks for helping.

De-install completely.
Re-install just JA2 gold ONLY. Does it work?
If no: post again here, detailing on error message, your system etc.

If yes: Install 1.13 v4870 from the wiki - nothing else! Does it work?

If yes: done. You may like to install also the bugfix to v4870; should work as well then. Smile

If No: Post in the "1.13 HQ" section detailing on error message, your system etc.

Edit: IIRC i read the very same error message here a few days ago. Reason then was that this user installed some graphical mod that had been made for ancient 1.13 version and does not work anymore with v4870. ("Ron's interface mod" or something turned out to be the reason of said crash)
