I've reorderd and detailed a bit the old categories to make it easier for new people to find their way in - seeing lately we get a constant flux of newcomers.
I've also set up a category related to general JA2 modding, to take off the pressure from v1.13 forums, which have become flooded with everything modding related lately. If you want to ask how to use STI-Edit, for example, you can use the new forum, don't flood the v1.13 one. They're barely staying afloat in a flood of post...hehe... it's hard to be famous...
My declared intention is also to encourage the development of independent projects aside from v1.13, either sprung from it directly or completely new approaches (I believe in Santa, ok?). The human mind has endless posibilities, so let's encourage creativity. Of course, v1.13 is still the star, but another 3 years from now another team might appear (as they did from the ashes of Whitehat team). But if you think thats a bit far-fetched, the new category should at least help you get started with modding. I've kept the old vanilla source hacking forum as a refference (it's now called JA2 Source Hacking and Coding) as a start point for debates.
And the last thing: read my posts about tools repositories and editors help and post if you know something about it.

give this old commuity a nice spring cleaning and make it more accessible and ordered for the newcomers as well as more effective for the veterans to deal with all the new developements.
