Hi!

I'm running the latest SCI from Depri.

Random questions I have right now:

1) Is there a way to bury/dispose of enemy corpses (rotting grosses out my mercs)?

2) Is the Combo Acog and Reflex scope not in the game anymore? I see it in the XML file but can't find it. I did notice though for some guns I can install both the Acog and reflex. Further I can put the reflex sight as an attachment onto the ACOG sight (although they separate again when I put them on rifles that can use both).

3) In terms of the Ghillie suit I can buy a brown version (that seems to be it's own armor) and a green version (that seems to be an attachment). Am I right in assuming the advantage of brown is stealth and the advantage of the green version is you can stack it onto heavier armor?

1) You can speed up CORPSE_DELAY_ UNTIL_ ROTTING and CORPSE_DELAY_ UNTIL_ DONE_ROTTING and they will disappear much faster. If they are a real problem, you can drag them somewhere less visible.

2) Both the ACOG Combo and Reflex scope are still in the game. If you aren't seeing them it may be because of the coolness level of the Reflex Sight. It's a coolness 9 and won't be available early. If you want them sooner, that can be edited.

3) The brown Ghillie suit is worn as armor, the green one is an add on to certain existing armor. Both give a substantial bonus to woodland camo without having to use a kit.

In terms of the ACOG Combo sight (Scope 4xC) is the missing sight. I can find both the ACOG (4x) and Reflex sight, but in a much older version I remember actually finding the ACOG Combo. I also can't see the combo sight in Bobby Ray's store, so maybe it was just removed?

I did also find that sight item ID in the XML for Items (1004) and in the Merge List (1006/Reflex + 1030/ACOG = 1004/ACOG Combo, so I was wondering if it's just a case that you have to manually put the ACOG Combo sight together now?

Sorry for the spam of questions but I just got curious as to what was going on.

AFAIK It's still possible to find ACOG combos on dropped enemy weapons. As for Bobby Ray's not selling combos, it really doesn't matter. Just buy them separately and merge them yourself.
Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see any advantage to actually merging the items. The bonuses are the same whether merged or mounted separately. And although the combo frees up the attachment point for the reflex sight, it won't allow anything else to be mounted there. There is one disadvantage, the merge is permanent. This means that, unless you have another reflex sight lying around, some flexibility is lost if you want to mount a different scope on the weapon.
