Hi there Barry

In the 1.13 mods, when you kneel behind a rock, crate or anything else that provides cover, you see an M at your weapon's picture, under your merc's picture. that M, stands for "Mounted" . If you just kneel out in the open, you don't see the M, as there is nothing to support it under it. In that case, make sure your gun has a bipod and go prone for best results. The mounted option is so that while kneeling behind cover, you get the same benefits as when you lie prone with a bipod on your rifle. I hope this explanation is helpful.

Yes it was very helpful thank you Gopas. As I was playing just now I was mounted for all three of my mercs on the ground no rocks or trees etc..
