Had me the very same problem some years ago and i may have mentioned it here, or maybe a local vendor might have it here and there. But in the end, it's not a big deal, as the Whisper Kitty lacks in both, power and range. You may think that it might come in handy in the early game, with night ops and such but you can do the same with any silenced weapon and 9mm ammo. I have found, however, that once you get rifles with long range, give everyone a scoped rifle with a bipod, fight during daytime and go for the main mass.
