Hmm. It should be somewhere. Try to use Windows' search option for ja2:ub dir. Or it might be in "briefings here"-folder. Can't remember.

searched and nothing

briefings dir is empty and when i zip looked at sog69 install theres no dossier zips in there.
well not that i can see.

is there a run command to extract it manually?

OK, anyway, that doc does not contain anything spectacular, so just ignore it. Iow, you can complete game without it.

No, you need to download the SOG manual. It's a separate download. Make sure to use winrar or an archiver that recognizes folders, and extract everything. In the 'briefings' folder you'll find dossier1.zip.

He gives you pack that contains some information about An Loc, but nothing too serious. And if you complete quest, you might get some EXP...
