Can someone tell me where to get the unlimited time patch for Deadly games, the limiting number of turns is really annoying. Thanks

 I found this link on "The Patches Scrolls" website: dg113.zip mirrors. I don't remember if it's the one you want, haven't played for a long time.

I already patched DG to 1.13z, does anyone know where the option to turn off turn limits is?

 You set it when you start a new campaign or a single scenario.

There is an options screen where you select the campaign/scenario itself, if you want to start with random mercs hired etc. On that screen there is a button about action points and turns, like "Default APs / Scenario turns". Click on it and the text will become something like "Enhanced APs / Scenario turns", "Enhanced APs / Unlimited turns" etc.
