who could make this line is shorter? (mut be 240 symbols)

What weird is, the puff of smoke flows through an open window on the second floor for the whole night, and you can hear someone gabbling in unknown language "om man, om man, om info, om rtfm", along with vile giggling and assertion of total disrespect of ancestors.

Hello Inshy, I was hoping to do some more voice recording while overseas the past couple of months, but just have not had the time. Hopefully I can find some in the near future, but the Russian accent needs a bit of practice.

Who is speaking the above line you want made shorter? Is the "om man, om man, om info, om rtfm" even required if it's an unknown language?

If that's true, have you got any character for me? I'm Spanish and speak English relatively fluently though not quite with a polished accent. I can do the work for italian, french and any hispanic characters, and can also try with any other weirdo mercenary you've got.
