Bah, make every ammo avaivable in every version (including AET) and if they versions are not known for now, it is very simple to set thier coolnes to 0, to not be genrated in game and set them to 1 (or more) if they found in production, rather that creating more and more pictures and all necesary changes which comes with them Smile

I haven't seen this in-game, so I am assuming it isn't there. Barrels are field-interchangeable.

An HK 417 is in basic 1.13 (uiIndex 1077), don't know what version though.
All three variants + barrels are in AIMNAS.

I wasn't too happy with the RFB Carbine and Target graphics that I imported from IoV, so this morning, inspired by this thread, I did my own pair of RFB's. Then I found out that in my projects the RFB's have been disabled as in-game items since they were added so nobody's has had a chance to see them.

My RFB's are based on the FN FAL colour palette, and are clean rifles (no attachments). The only difference between the Carbine and Target is the barrel. Just give a shout if you want to take a look at them Starwalker, they won't be available in my projects till next year.

On technical grounds, I don't think we have a palette that can accommodate that one Sovereign. That is unless v1.13 makes the jump from STi's to PNG based graphics.

I think camo is only read from LBE and armor slots, thus we don't see ghillie covers or camo paint for guns either.

What about a Ruger Blackhawk in .30Car? The Blackhawk is in 1.13 I believe, so it is just an issue of making the speedloader item for it graphics wise. It also gives .30Car a bit more use in the early game (Seeing as currently it is barely used in 1.13, only by the M1/M2 and the Hezi).

As far as desirable gun porn goes...

the AA-12 (with frag shells!) or just about anything that was featured in "Future Weapons" that isn't already in the game would be kind of neat. I was impressed to see that Modern Warfare 2 featured the Vector SMG in its arsenal... stuff like that is pretty neat, I think.

2. The Russian PSS Silent Pistol.

Type: Double Action
Caliber 7.62x41mm SP-4 Internally Silenced

The SP-4 is a rather unique ammunition which uses the combustion of gases to extend a piston which pushes the round out of the casing and down the barrel and traps the gases inside the casing itself. The effect is a very quiet firearm, far quieter than what is possible with a standard sub-sonic pistol and an attached silencer. The muzzle velocity of the SP-4 rounds is typically between 150 and 200 meters per second.
