I found the da honkos flake limited edition, in the bottom right of the map in a house on the right hand side of the village.

What do I do with them, they are only worth $150.00?

 it is a quest related item as far as I know but don't know how much they are worth o where to start the quest.

 i actually put together a way to scramble and get that 1,000,000 quickly.

- hire any two mercs
- head to the water house and find the diamonds
- sell them for $45,000
- hire a merc with high mechanical (trevor)
- get the flakes
- head to balime, pick the locked door - voola~! you are a millionare

 probably not. The limited editions is a unique item, you won't find several of them.
Those that offer a sticker of the royal guards in package are just normal flakes.
