Please Explain to me how to create more then one squad or adding everyone to one squad

Both questions are covered by the manual; you should read it. Smile

Both is done on strategical map.
Combining different squads: activate squad B, let it move onto squad A; they will merge into squad A (A+B =< 6).

To split a squad select it, and shift+click on those squad members (in the squad members windows in the right down corner of screen) that shall form the new squad. Click "form new squad with selected mercs" then (miidle button at top row of said window).
