I think that would do well to do guide for all the new features, options, hotkeys, etc., which appeared in 1.13. How it works and how to use it. In a single PDF file, which would be updated.
PS Now I have a problem with Mark Remaining Hostiles. How does it work?

I'm using newest exe (yesterday's fix for night time sight range)
I have a habbit to start new game, save it, hire merc, send him in, and check how was money distributed around Arulco's mines. When i save the game right after game start, after i chose the slot to save to, i'm asked with a dialog box to "Mark remaining hostiles". This didnt happen in stable version.
My question is what does it actually do, this "marking remaining hostiles"?
