Hello!
After a long time of absence to the game and it's famous 1.13 mod I decided to give it a go. Playing with 8776.exe and the changes are incredible, so kudos to all involved in the process. Unfortunately I get a black screen everytime I get attacked. The attack ui comes up the game seems to load the map coz I still hear music but black screen. If there is only militia it works. Anybody an idea? Heard of this before? Thx and regards

edit: Seems that using another exe helped in my case. With 8766 I had no issues so far.

i try to play 7609 but when i open the game screen goes full black. do i need to anything before play this mod?

i can hear intro sound esc works but neither alt-f4 nor alt-x works on starting menu. only alt-tab works so i close the game after this. like i said screen goes full black what can i do?

A few people have this issue. Did you turn off the video animation at the start of the game in your options ini?

Hi folks, another longtime joining in.

Im just switching from Win7 to Win10. Under Win10 tactical movement of my mercs is extremly slow moving and completly unplayable. I tried to run in compatabilty mode with Win7, but that didn´t worked. Has anyone a clue where this comes from?

The Problem seems to the Win10 Version of my laptop. On my Win10 PC there is no problem of this kind.

what exactly files recoded in new SCI's? i play in 7609+AR+SDO modpack, but i curious: can i replace just a few files from newest SCI for all or at least some of that bugfixes it contain? i need this ''knocked-outed enemy can't see anything'' so bad...

No, you can't. The new exe requires the corresponding GameDir files.

omg, how to fix this thing with brass knuckles? martial art's bonus doesn't working with them at all, it works just like bare hands but with 3x AP cost...

It does work, read the trait bonuses and descriptions in Skills_Settings.ini
You can change the AP cost for knuckles in Weapons.xml if it seems too high for you.

hit with dusters cost me 30 AP, no difference who use it: martial artist\boxer\no perk merc;
this weapon should be in same weapon class with ''unarmed hands'' with receiving all of this bonuses including AP cost reduction, but it doesn't

Does someone else uses tank for transporting mercs? I discovered it by chance after i placed a mobile militia in a sector after destroying an army tank. One of the militia spawned as a friendly tank and it can be used similarly to the Truck and Hummer. During combat, it fights like an AI tank and will defend itself like other tanks. Team members can not use it as cover or protection, they will be placed outside od the vehicle.

Those are only the weapon specific values. AP cost for reloading a single bullet/shell are defined by AP_RELOAD_LOOSE in APBPConstants.ini.

Could you explain how those two values interact? Does one supersede the other? Are they additive? I haven't messed with those values (yet) but it might help to understand how things work. Sometimes it's like trying to navigate the streets of a large city with no map.

From the code, it's APsToReload + rounds_reloaded * AP_RELOAD_LOOSE.
Both APsToReload and AP_RELOAD_LOOSE can be modified by traits and INI values.
As I understand it, APsToReloadManually should be only used for manual recharging weapon between shots, not for reloading it's magazine.

That's what I understand too. It's the AP require to chamber a new round on bolt-action rifles and pump-action shotguns. That's why APsToReloadManually is only present on these types of guns.
