Sector I3 has no North entry points (from Grumm Mine).
Sector I2 (Naval Base) produce endless loading screen when mercs in sector and enemy attack it (at least from south).
After taking Sam Site in D2, airspace controlled by Sam Site in I8 becomes absolutely safe. It is very useful bug, because makes possible airdrops to Tixa, Cambria and Central Sam Site directly, but still bug (i think). After taking I8, Sam Site works well, shoot enemy helicopters without any repair actions.
Some NPC never appear in sector C13 (Drassen): Herve Santos (bartender), father Walker, Doreen. They exist on map in MapEditor, but not in game (verified three times in different runnings).

Fixed

Not sure what's causing that, to be honest.

Haven't looked into SAM sites lately. I'll keep it in mind.

Hmmm... well, yeah, the editor shows they are there. Need to do more research in game... maybe some lua script based issue?

Militia training in Omerta doesn't seem to work.
I captured all 4 sectors and trained militia in sector C9. After the training was completed (and the question for the next $750 was presented) no militia appeared.
I turned individual militia profiles off (there isn't any MilitiaIndividual.xml in Data-AIM\TableData, and the "Not enough individual militia found in MoveIndividualMilitiaProfiles" error appeared, so I suspected this was the culprit).
I have
MILITIA_REQUIRE_RESOURCES = TRUE
MILITIA_VOLUNTEER_POOL = TRUE
but I have 90 volunteers and more than 20 converted guns, so that shouldn't be the issue.
AIMNAS Version: march 27, 2017
1.13 version: SCI_Unstable_Revision_8396_on_GameDir_2363

It's definitely the MILITIA_REQUIRE_RESOURCES.
I turned both of them off, militia training works. I turned MILITIA_REQUIRE_RESOURCES back on, militia training doesn't work, even though I have converted plenty of guns.
Creating new militia (according to the description) only requires guns, so I had misc on 0.
It seems that even though militia training doesn't consume misc, it needs to be present.
I converted some knives and grenades.
Having a misc. of 1, after training I got 1 single regular militia, with weapons and armor reduced by 1, misc staying unchanged.
Having a misc. of 4, after training I got 4 regular militia, with weapons and armor reduced by 1, misc staying unchanged.
Having a misc. above 10, after training I got 1 regular and 9 novice militia.
As I cannot train militia in Omerta in regular 1.13 at all, I guess I'll have to go all the way of capturing a whole town in regular 1.13 to check whether this bug is caused by AIMNAS or not.

The KAC Stoner LMG seems to have an identity crisis - the collapsed version seems to be the best MP/SMG/Carbine in the game (2ap single shot,, while the extended version has no attachments except scopes. Unfortunately, I can't post links, or attach images yet...
Also, the gun barrel extender "recipe" doesn't seem to work. I've tried all possible combinations and nothing seems allowed. If you've decided to remove it, a few weapons still show the barrel extender as a possible attachment, which is misleading.
