Hello, I've been playing JA2 1.13 for many years and thought, that I knew everything about it. But something happened to me the very first time in my life! My merc was running, stepped on dead soldier's body and slipped on blood puddle and fell down, losing all APs! At first I thought I was interrupted and shot in the leg or something and didn't notice that, but the message on the left-bottom said that I slipped on the blood!
I just want to ask: is it JA2 1.13 feature or it has always been in JA2?
It seems like you can slip on the blood only on non-grass/dirt/etc. floor. I was in the basement, the very end of the game, inside a bunker. Soloing game as a Spy+Athletics, assassinated one of the enemy soldiers and ran to toilet to hide to reduce the alert and make disguise work again, but there was another body right next to toilet's door and that's where I slipped! You probably can slip only if you're running, but since you don't do that often, I won't be surprised if most players don't even know about this feature!
I googled "JA2 slip(ped) on blood (puddle)", but nothing, so I created this topic.
