If somebody know or have a .xml to be able to use the towns factory's to get items for what i know its that the xml its custom for every player but i enabled the facility thing bt there is no production of anything, also i'm in the need to know what are the hotkeys to open the fortification panel, the only thing that i know about fortification its how to put sand bags and barely understand how to put traps.

You need to set FACTORY=TRUE in "Stratetic Gameplay Settings" of ja2_options.ini (Ini-Editor or notepad++) to activate item-producing factories of this feature New feature: factories (at "Flugentes Magika Workshop", which is a good place for looking up features anyway).
As default this is off ("false"). Flugente added a few working examples which work already when this feature is activated (T-Shirt-Factory Drassen, Hick's Farm and a few others - details see link). you can add own ones, but you don't need to - just use the default ones.
Some of those factories need requirements to be fullfilled (e.g. Hicks need to be dead before we can take over the farm, or certain items need to be in sector (e.g. rags + strings for facemasks)), some need to be staffed (merc assigned), others just cost money.
Those factories should work when ini-setting for Factories is true. If you wanna change or add productionlines, look at Flugentes description at the link. If you just wanna use those, still look at descriptions of feature (and/or lua and xml - also see description which ones) to find out more about any requirements.
---
In short: set ini setting "true", use the default (item)factories (on how, read feature description)
