in my current's game galileo's loyalty was about 40% and i was training militias on strategy map with speed 60 then it suddenly dropped to 5% and my mercs stopped doing it. any idea how did it happen?

Whatever it was that caused the loyalty drop wasn't just confined to Galileo. It was a nationwide event, all of your towns took a loyalty hit. I also see a notice that your History Log was updated. Maybe check to see if something happened that was recorded there.

more than that i have 2. first one just before that loyalty drop, it first drops to 27% then 4%. but the joke is it drops after winning a battle with militia against enemy troops. it should be have been increased instead right?

I can guess you lost too much militia in that battle which resulted in loyalty drop.
Also, the game penalizes inactivity as it was in vanilla, so loyalty will drop if you don't take new sectors and towns for too long.

i thought that too but you know this was a decent amount of drop. (i assume it has smth to do with day 60, wish i wouldnt start to conquer galileo before that) also i increased blue militia auto res. power to 10 (equal to veteran ones) and veteran to 12.

in vanilla there were some missions that increases town loyalty and hicks family was for cambria and i dont know what's in this mod? i have killed satan's sons in galileo but loyalty didnt even increase for 1%. conquering troy will also dont have a enough impact i assume so galileo is lost cause if you ask me. i should first lose to enemy then reconquer all those sectors which is annoying not sure

i remember in stock 1.13, enricos complains were removed from the game so you wouldnt get day-based loyalty hit. or i read this this from silversurfer. dont recall exactly.
