Impossible to be strategic with my squad without the ability to pause and give orders.

now I look with nostalgia at having Malice ready to slit a throat, Lynx on a roof ready to shoot the approaching guys, and my alter ego cleaning close quarters with bursts from the most silent FAMAS G2

I start from afar, select my sniper, select incoming enemy's head and wait until CTH (yea, with the mod) reaches 90+. And bam! That surprise attack also gives you a free ambush turn, otherwise they run to cover (if they spot you before).
