are you supposed to be attacked by kingpin's assassins the instant you start the game? In the first omerta sector I was attacked by olga.

first of all, I'm glad that you are playing the game. Second, yes, it is intended that Olga attacks you as soon as you hit the ground. Quite a surprise, isn't it!?

I've just started (as you might of figured), and, so far, the mod seems fairly impressive - especially for a third-party profitless effort. Is there anything else I should know so as not to waste posts on it?

Yes, lots of surprises in DL hehehe. Try Back to Businness based on Unfinished Businness (I can't spell bussiness heh) from the German Mod team and JA2 Night Ops from the Russian Mod Team. These two are the latest Mods and they are excellent! And SOG`69 and Urban Chaos not to forget! All downloadable through nifty links on this board!

Oh wait, you mean things to know in DL...Nope, you`re not getting any spoilers from us :nono: :naughty:

man - igor got killed in the very first scene - and I am playing NOVICE - damn it Very Happy

- in my first DL game yesterday - Alt + L Very Happy

- and i have autosave.pls in the game directory Wink

next - ask igor+shadow to creep up upon Olga & shoot her in the head Very Happy

cooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool mod! Smile

great choice of guns available - love those pistols with low APs - now I know I wont discard thos pistols - attach a silencer and become a killer Smile

Olga has 100 marksmanship i guess. She`s stunningly accurate with that handgun, even when she shoots out of range.
