 Found Tony once, but he seems to have left the store. Has anyone noticed a "best time" to find him there?

 Not really a best time, he leaves occasionally, presumably to buy in new stock... He'll be back in a day or three in the same spot.

 I've noticed that Tony sleeps in. I have the best luck finding him in the afternoon. Also, he takes a day off once in a while. Annoying when you've hauled butt halfway across the map just to see him, but there y'go. Very Happy

 The subways make a trip there much less annoying than when it was by car.

Beware of killing Claudia just west of Calisto unless you've used Proedit to fix her faction (change to none). It's set to SanMonaArms so killing her will make Tony hostile.

Note that ProEdit changes don't take effect until you start a new game.

Franz in the former-Balime buys weapons and the smaller ones (SMG (except MP5 and bizon), pistols, attachements, shotguns) are also bought by Jake.

 True, but only Tony pays good money for your hardware, the others don't. They all rip you off, but Tony the least i guess...
