Hello!
I know there is/and will be no official guide on this. But may be one of players has the notes related, suitable for share. Like full (or at least almost full) list of all recruitables in VR Arulco. Notes & hints on their locations, quests & progress needed. Please share them in this topic.
Right now I'm at manhunt on Ilya Dolvich. What I know I'm supposed to try catch him in H10. And I predict he shows up at much later progress coz I did not find him there in my playthrough.
Can I tune up his setting to make him available on the very start or is it hard-coded?
