The folder is under your main game directory and then Data\Tilecache, there should be 143 files.

Don't mean to frustrate you, but chances are the install didn't work properly.

Do the following:

0. Start completely over (e.g. delete everything or install in a new folder)
1. Install the regular JA2 game (this is the version you purchased)
2. Install the 1.13 one click installer (either build 2085 from the Wiki or Kaerar's one click)
3. Rename (or copy) the Data-1.13 folder to Data-WildFire6.06
4. Unpack WildFire1.13En and copy everything over your game folder
5. Make sure to overwrite your Ja2.ini with the WF version
6. Check if your Ja2.ini has the entry: CUSTOM_DATA_LOCATION = Data-WildFire6.06
