Ok Folks ! I dunno what I did or didn't do that makes it impossible for me to get 1.13 going. But I'll tell you what I DID do... Please show me the error of my ways.....
1st, I downloaded the patch to 1.13 to my desktop (Win 10 Pro), I had a new install of JA2 at C:\Jagged Alliance, so I allowed the update to go there and overwrite everything. I followed the same procedure for the update to the 1.13 patch as well. (I have a habit of re-starting the PC after installations so I did that as well). When I attempted to start JA, it did not run, and did not show any messages at all. The programs Icon showed up in the task bar, momentarily, but then vanished..... SO..... What in the wide wide world of sports do I need to do, or not do.. ?? Thanks ahead of time for your help and a great addition to Great game... Have been playing this bugger for many years now off and on.... Thanks again...
