GIMP, Photoshop, NeoPaint, it doesn't matter the editing program. As far as that's concerned, use something you are familiar with. I've used all 3 I mentioned, and wish NeoPaint would run on Win10. The problem is the STI Editor and it's 256-color palette. I am not that good with the graphics (which is why you want to upgrade the AV graphics happy

) The trick is working with the same palette in GIMP as in the STI editor. The rest is artist skill.
