While this is not that big a deal in stock 1.13, in AIMNAS Bobby Ray's is becoming quite difficult to manage.
The smaller fix would probably be a filter by calibre, but since space in the interface is limited and the game doesn't handle drop-downs very well (at least for me the drop-downs in IMP creation are very glitchy), I don't think this is feasible.
My suggestion would therefore be to implement other websites from which you can order stuff. For example one for guns and ammo, one for explosives, etc.
Is this possible? I remember that items in the XMLs have specific BR-related entries, so I am little concernded that the game is rather fixed on having only one online gun store...
