What does the <RocketRifle> flag in Items.xml actually mean?

I thought it would be the fingerprint lock flag, but then I discovered the humble Katana has "<RocketRifle>1</RocketRifle>" too.
Since I can't imagine a big medieval knife with a fingerprint ID, I guess it must be something else. Or is there an error in the Items.xml?
