What is this?
One of the issues that many new users face is that at some point, diving into JA2_Options.ini is required to tweak and enable/disable features. For veterans, this isn't an issue, but I imagine it can be fairly daunting and potentially off-putting for newbies. To try to make things more user-friendly, I've created an in-game way to toggle some of 1.13's many features without needing to go into the ini file right away.
Note that this just provides a way to enable/disable features - you still need to go into the ini file to tweak values, but hovering over a feature will tell you exactly what you need to search for.

Great! This screen can be accessed both through the new campaign screen and the options menu. You'll need to enable the first toggle ("Use These Overrides"), and then you can pick and choose which features you want to play with (even changing them mid-campaign!) without needing to go into JA2_Options.ini.
I'm an expert with the ini file and I don't want to use this!
That's fine! By default, this feature is disabled - so even if you never go into this screen, you can continue to fiddle with ini settings to your heart's content.
Why aren't more features available in the screen?
I tried to get the most prominent features into the screen for this first version. It's pretty easy to add more to this screen, so I'll try to keep my ears open for suggestions on what to add!
