Ok, I have gotten the radio from the other colonel in the base.

I have a deed which allows for the release of non standard issue weaponry. I think I got this in exchange for a document I gave to the other col in the base. Innis wont take the deed, hes got "all [he] can handle".

I cant finish his quest, and dont seem to have any other item he would like. I want the silenced rifle I read about in anotherpost! :rifle:

What did I miss?! Sad
