I'm a little lost, so I figure the quickest way to get un-lost is to post my questions:
[1] source control
Has someone implemented a source control system (CVS?) so that people aren't hacking the code willy-nilly? Where is it and what do I need for a client? What's the peer review/inspection process?
[2] to-do list
Is someone keeping an overall list of things to do and who's doing them (and status?)? If so, I'd like to get the current code and get to work on something.
[3] mailing lists/coder forums
Is there a list or forum for posting questions - stupid things like getting the danged thing to compile, etc. Or has someone already put together a FAQ?
[4] testing
All code is buggy. Aside from peering in changes, is anyone testing the builds on a regular/irregular basis?
Cheers in advance.
