 New Animations - by [color:#FF0000]Pashancock[/color] and [color:#3333FF]Sandro[/color]

I am a young animator,who likes to draw pictures and then combine them so that we could see new animation Smile
I take requests/suggestions from everyone,as long as animation is not ultimately hard

You should put Updated animation to \Data-1.13\Anims\S_MERC

My developed animations that are in game :

  • Updated pistol shooting for all bodytypes
  • Using Remote Detonator(When blowing up something)
  • More fancy way of throwing knife for Big males who got Show-Off pers/Throwing skill
  • New Female Grenade throwing
  • Visible pistols when Running(all bodytypes)

Developed but not in the game :
  • Pinned down animation
  • Prone Bandaging
  • Aiming with LAW
In Development(will be created by priority):
  • Throwing Knife in crouched position
  • Binoculars animation
  • Picking up Mercs
  • Alternative weapon standing,depends on State of Awereness
  • Female Radio talking
  • LAW in prone
  • Smoking
  • Drinking

 I have decided to make my own animations,but since i will NEVER master Coding,i will need someone to Code them into the game(If possible).I am a newbie in Animations but i have almost done my first animation,Stomping animation.I will put it here ASAP

If no one could code it,oh well...let it be here

Yo PasHancock, Make the STIs, someone will put it in the code.

Worst case we have to wait, no harm done. Best case, we get new anims. Looks like an acceptable investment.

 i have decided to make a Reloading Animation instead of Stomping,i have done east angle,but i have problems with this STI,i asked my Russian friends for help,when i will know more about making anims,i will try not to make such mistakes anymore,but heres what i could done so far

As you can see,Merc takes out(drops) his Magazine and gets new 1 from Pocket and then inserts new one,but when weapon goes down,something happens with image

If i will learn all mistakes i will make all reloading anims for all bodytypes and for all positions and i will also make an anim for Shotguns and Pistols and i will try making re-chambering anim

This is my 1st animation,bad,but first

 Well i can try making a Sniper Riffle and Shotgun anim i will try to do it,but you know that i am a newbie in Making Anims so it takes an hour or 2 for me to make anim from 1 angle,but for a weapon it can take much less or much longer.Anyway,i will try but i dont Guarantee a success

So?Which new weapon type anim should i begin creating?Sniper riffle,bigger pistols,shotguns or other?

Really, you should stay with the old pistol / long gun for now. Maybe add manual reloading a long gun. But different weapon types for a single anim look out of place.

Make a full set of anims for the currently used rifle. Creating a dozen different anims is cool eyecandy, creating a single set that can actually be implemented is worth infinitely more.

Hey hey,im noob in this,i cant make such things right now,i make/update simple animations

I have been planning to make:

Reloading Anim(Currently creating,status:On going)
Throwing grenade while in Prone(currently creating,status:Paused)
New Weapon Anims(Thinking about it,status:Not started)
Push-Ups/training Merc Anims(In development)
Updated doctoring anim(in development)

Also,how many people who creates animations in here?(Forums)

 Hello guys,i have nearly finished my Reloading Animation for Normal Bodytype,only 2 angles left,i could make all angles in 1 day but i had problems with putting colors in Animation and other problems,but problems solved and here is a Preview!

I have noticed that i made South Reloading too fast,i will fix that!

Nice work. Part of the animation where he's presumably pulling the pin out might also work for first aid (and other tasks) when prone, if looped.

 actually,giving first aid to someone in prone is possible,but through Bug,Its done very simple:

When in crouching position ,you give someone first aid,but if a merc who gives first aid,bullets will pass near him/her(suppression fire),merc will go prone,but he will still heal wounded merc.Thats a bug that i noticed

Edit:

I was thinking about Ultimately making Martial Arts Animation for Female and Big Dude Bodytypes,i can try to do it,but after i will finish making Prone Grenade Throwing.I almost done south-east

If it will be very hard to make Martial arts anim for those bodytypes,i will continue with Prone Grenade Throwing animation.

P.S:Does anyone knows where is Sandro?
