Hi Ed,
Just downloaded and installed version 1.11. There is a problem though: "5) Extract Arulco Vacations v1.11 11-January-2019 Install Package into the main game folder, overwriting the ja2.ini file." The ja2.ini file is NOT being overwritten, as the package did not contain a new JA2.ini file. I had to use the ja2.ini file from version 1.10 to make it work.

Same issue for me. Coming back after a long time, would love to be able to play this one again.
Anyone have a download link for the JA2.ini?
Wait, nevermind, I realized my mistake and why it wasn't working. I FORGOT TO SELECT THE MOD.
