Sorry Im not sure if I ask this question in here but I've tried my best to find a way to chance the chance for shooting unwanted bullets on autofire
but I couldn't... Can I chance it in InI edited?

 The question is more appropriate in the forum of the mod you are playing.

In Skill_Settings.INI under [Auto Weapons] there is this: UNWANTED_BULLETS_REDUCTION =

This only effects characters with Auto Weapons skill. Everybody else, well, can't handle the weapon as good.

Apart from the parameter, that Ed already mentioned, wasting more bullets depends on experience and dexterity.

as far as i know you can use burst, and edit number of bullets per burst(to change from 3 to whatever u like)
