i looked this in proedit and its all the mercs that have 5 or less in need for sleep
Steroid
cliff
buzz
meltdown
razor
miguel
hamous
dynamo
and conrad
that are all mercs that can go for long hours without sleep.
where razor is the very best on that list

I've noticed that some of my IMP characters need less need for sleep as well.
Is this only defined by nigh-ops?

I read somewhere it is depending on certain skills or talents the merc has.
I know NO reduces the need for sleep by 1 hour for every lvl. And the same goes for MA.
I am not sure about HtH however.
It also seems the psycho's need less sleep... judging from the list above.

Nope, he's NEVER tired. I think he's happy with 3 hours of sleep a day. He's always there blinking at me while I train up hordes of roaming militia in my current game.
And I've never used a booster yet.
