The Jagged Alliance 2 Stracciatella team is proud to present a new release showcasing about half a year of work. It includes several new features, plenty of bugfixes compared to previous versions and the original game, clean-ups of the old code base and a notable speedup.

Installing JA2 v 1.12
Dropping Stracciatella in the JA2 folder. So far so good, the game is playing normally.

How do we install mods though ? Return to San Amaro and Operation Naurra ? The Stracciatella folder is indivdual from the vanilla JA2 game. Where can i drop in the mods and how ? Data to Data in the Stracc folder ? I have been trying different ways and i get an ERROR message in the Log. Please help.

Set it up following this: https://ja2-stracciatella.github.io/how-to-run/
Then place the mod you want in the MODS folder of your stracc install (there are minimods there already).
Enable the mod you want in the launcher and play.

Yeah, that's what i did but it seems to be having issues with Operation Naurra. Thank you for the suggestion and your time. I'll try again.
