Going to add the Molle system to stock 1.13, if anyone would like to test it and let me know if i missed something or notice a mistake be my guest:

Several new MOLLE vests added along with three MOLLE leg RIGS and numerous MOLLE Pouches. (Most Images: IOV, Attachment slots based on Strohmanns, thanks to Depri/Parkan for help.)
Only DG Mercs MOSES, BOB, DOC, Snake & BUD have been given MOLLE items in their starting gear for demonstration purposes.. MOLLE only available through BRAYs.
MOLLE vest differ from regular vests in that an AR mag pocket/pouch etc... will only hold AR mags. I did this to make regular vests a viable option versus MOLLE vests, don't worry, you can customise the best MOLLE vests with up to 9 pockets and leg rigs with 5 pouches.
There is also a new "Carabiner" pocket, this is for "hooking" on items with straps E.G. Helmets, Gasmasks, LBE etc... there are a few things that will still go there that shouldn't, but it's a minor thing. There is also a Carabiner that will only hold face items.
In order for this to be implemented, i had to standardise LBE leg rigs, in most cases a size change from 21->22. I also had to change:
Medkit:26->27, Toolkit26->27 but this won't change anything in game storage wise. TV, Golfclubs, & Chalice were also changed by one size.
The first few vests you encounter will have limited MOLLE attachment points.
E.G. 3.11 Leg Rig has limited volume and can only take small MOLLE pouches. Later, you can purchase Larger Rigs/vests with greater volume and can hold both small/large pouches.
Several new pockets/silhouettes added.[/color]
Things to do:
1. Adjust AP cost attach/remove
I was thinking 10 AP for Small/ 15 For Larger.
2. Add 1 or two more RIgs/vests to add some variety.
3. Refine coolness/price etc...
Install: This should work on any of Depris reecent builds. Copy Data-1.13 into your JA Folder overwriting when prompted. (Make a back up of your Data 1.13, this is not completely finished.)
Only Moses and a few other DG Mercs have M.O.L.L.E items added, so either add to starting gear or buy from BRay.
Most images from IOV and i used Strohmann's attachment slots.
EDIT:
Added newer link, pretty much finished, i was using Barry to test stuff so if you hire him you'll have some MOLLE stuff to play around with.

True, but the volume for a x3 Grenade Pouch is 12 while the Medium pouch is 15. This is still being tweaked so we can look at that if you feel that's not not enough.

Hmm, I made it a medium pocket so that it wouldn't be possible to fill a leg rig or vest with x3 grenade pockets. The way it is now you can only fit one to a leg rig, 1 or 2 depending on the vest. I envisioned making the volume available/volume used nearly like a mini game of tetris, so that you can customise all you want but have to decide what you need.

I didn't plan that no, it should be able to go into a medium pocket on yout vest. Maybe silversurfer changed something, i'll have a look.

Hmm, not at the moment. I wasn't sure how necessary that was. At the moment if you had two thigh rigs and a MOLLE vest, that's a lot of pockets to fill!
Did you try the new Carabiner item?

Maybe 13 is high, but even though it's a small item, you can attach a lot of stuff to it. Full LBE Gear, Helmets, etc...
I was afraid it could be abused, but maybe the stealth penalty is enough. I'm reworking the Drop Pouches, I think the volume is too small for some of them considering what you can put in them.
Full LBE gear can be attached?! Checked it. It nice but it is not usable for me.

Tiny: 5
Small: 10
General: 15
Medium: 20
What do you think?
It is ok for me, but I am not good at memorizing item sizes, so I cannot really tell exactly but I think it is better to resize some items like heavy trowing knives, flares, etc.
I tested mostly leg rigs, the biggest one 37 space,
I guess it is balanced averall. Some non Molle leg rigs are better that Molle ones (especially ones with grenades)
Some newly added Molle and non Molle LBE are redundant.
For example Casuality leg rig. I would use it if medkit will fit into medium slot, otherwise why use medium slot for 1st ait kit if you can put it in smaller slot in other MLBE thigh rig?
2nd example non MLBE 12 g shotgun rig. Why do you need it? there already 1 Shotgun holster, 2 different ammo capacity MLBE pouches.
I like spending time on equipping my Mercs so I will test other Molle LBE tomorrow.
