Hi guys! I wonder if it is possible to get a list of all the Mercs' lines? Is this something included in the JA2 source code, or externalized in 1.13?

Most is externalized or can be reached rather easy.
The wav (or ogg, or mp3) for voicelines are in folders "Data" and "Data-1.13", subfolders "speech" and "npc_speech". the sounds happening at battle (got hit, die, etc.) are in "BattleSNDS".
If some are missing, either google for a download or use a tool like dragonUnpacker to extract the .slf-files of same name in Data (the .slf are part of your original ja2).
The subtitles for the voices are in "Npc-Data" and "Merc-edt", same as above, in data-1.13, data and the rest in the matching (same name) .slf-file.
To open the edt-files you need an editor, can be found at downloadsection of this forum. my choice is EdtMegaEditor, others may prefer one of the others.
