Okay, I have an update on the interface...
I have now a complete version for both 800x and 1024x res. (NIV and EDB on only), but it's not the final version yet.
I have listened to most of you and made some changes on demand + additional changes:
on demand:
- took blue away from the stats (tact inv)
- took dreagons away
- changed the health/energy/morale bars
- weapons are not completely to the left anymore in the bottom panel
- inventory figures are now complete (by adding a backpack drawing and fixing the second gun slots
- less shiny
... and hundreds of other little and big things
remark:
- health bars from inventory should all be in correct co

indeed, and I don't keep all of my layered drafts, sorry.. Have some, but if you look at the .sti's you know what is possible and where the different aspects overlap each other.
EDIT: or at least you get a good idea

I have designed Kyla Cole as an IMP merc too, nr 209, yes.
